Housing at MassArt
Due to the high cost of hotels in the Boston area during the summer, the choice was made to contract with the college for affordable housing in the brand new Treehouse dorm across the street from the campus.
The towering, 21-story Treehouse Residence Hall was inspired by Austrian artist Gustav Klimt’s famous “Tree of Life” painting. Conceived with the collaborative input of students, faculty and the neighboring community, it is an award- winning addition to the stretch of Huntington Avenue known as the Avenue of the Arts.
The Registration Form for Munsell 2018 will include the option to stay in the MassArt Treehouse Dorms.
Cancellation Policy on Dorm Reservations: Cancellations after May 20th will be subject to an administration fee equal to one night stay or 1/7th of the room rate.
In addition to rooms in the MassArt dorm, we have arranged special rates for a limited number of rooms at two local hotels, the Residence Inn Back Bay and the enVision Hotel.
Both hotels are within one mile of MassArt.
NOTE: The deadline to book special rates in the event hotels is April 25th.
